The existing residence has 2037 sq. ft. of living area and a 420 sq. ft. carport. The original year of construction was 1952. The exterior walls are hollow tilt and the interior is double wall construction. The property sits on the exact opposite side of Pahoa village Road from the Star of the Sea Catholic Church.
