<br />We reviewed the proposed subdivision of TMKs 5-9-008:007/018 from 2 lots into <br />3 lots. The two Kohala Estate parcels combined comprise 10.174 acres. The <br />three lots proposed would measure 3.145 ac., 3.259 ac., and 3.770 ac. The <br />three lots will conform to the existing zoning (A-3a), and the new lot will have a <br />water meter provided by the Kohala Ranch Water Company. The subcommittee <br />had no objections to this subdivision. <br /> <br />We did not review the proposed variance from EWM Investments on TMKs 5-4- <br />008:001 and 5-4-010:029 Right-of-Way-Improvement, because we did not have <br />background information explaining the details of the variance request. We will <br />take this up at the next subcommittee meeting. <br /> <br />The next meeting is Monday, June 3 <br />7:00 pm. <br /> <br /> <br />
