Roger Harris made a motion to authorized the Chair to author and send a letter <br />50 <br />of support for the (4) CDP identified CIP Projects (identified above) for funding to the Mayor <br />51 <br />and County Council. Kit Roehrig seconded and Unanimous approval given. <br />52 <br />For new projects that the AC would want to work on the AC will work on filling out the forms <br />53 <br />after identifying the projects from the CDP. <br />54 <br /> Discussion of Update Issues/Suggestions for the SKCDP/General Plan <br />e. <br />55 <br /> <br />i.General discussion of the AC as to the process of. <br />56 <br /> Request of Letter of Support by Mauna Lani Community Reef Conservation Committee <br />f. <br />57 <br /> <br />i.The AC requested that additional information be provided to the AC regarding this request. <br />58 <br />A request will be made to for a presentation to be made during the next meeting. <br />59 <br /> Request of Letter of Support by the Puako Community Association <br />g. <br />60 <br /> <br />i.The AC confirmed that the request has been addressed by the previous discussion of CIP <br />61 <br />letter of support. <br />62 <br /> <br />2.Sub-Committee Reports. <br />63 <br /> Permit Activity Comments from Action Committee <br />a. – <br />64 <br /> <br />i.Subdivider: HAWAI‘I CONFERENCE FOUNDATION, HOKULOA UNITED CHURCH <br />65 <br />OF CHRIST/State of Hawai‘i-DLNR(SUB-13-001227)No Report Location: Lalamilo, <br />66 <br />Waimea, South Kohala, TMK: 6-9-002:007, 008, 009 & 010, Land Area: 3.269 ac., No. of <br />67 <br />Lots: 2+Road, Size of Lots: 1,549 sq. ft. to 2.953 ac. Puako Sub-Committee, Michael <br />68 <br />Fischer reviewed and determined that there would be no comments forwarded to the <br />69 <br />Planning Department. Waikoloa <br />74 <br />Sub-Committee Chair, Michael Fischer reviewed and determined that there would be no <br />75 <br />comments forwarded to the Planning Department.
