How are real property taxes affected by rezoning to CV? <br />• The real property tax rate for single- family residential, commercial and industrial uses <br />are the same ($9.10 per $ 1,000 net taxable building and $9.10 per $ 1,000 net taxable <br />land) <br />• The rate for apartment buildings is $9.85 per $1,000 each land and building. <br />• The rate for affordable housing and homeowner classes is $5.55 per $1,000 net each <br />land and building.
