Part of the requirement for the petition for standing requires that <br />a notary assign on it, and that would confirm the date of the notary was seven days prior to the <br />hearing. The other component here is I believe the following day was a furlough for the County. <br />So it would have been received the next day, but because it was a furlough day, they didn’t <br />receive it till that Monday. <br />AU: Ms. Fukushima, I need to swear you in.
