It’s a public <br />hearing. All of these are have been public hearings. So I think that that information that has <br />come before you already would automatically be part of the record. I guess you could, I guess <br />the parties could decide which parts they want to move into evidence during the hearing. But as <br />far as, well, that’s the only thing we had to add. Did you want to say anything else? <br />LEITHEAD TODD: That’s all. <br />AU: Okay. Well, this Commission, this body needs to decide if Mr. Gomes’s petition stands, if <br />we can give him standing. And what I’d like to add to it is because we’re doing, possibly doing <br />that, then I want to offer it to Ms. Fukushima as well. We want to, just like our Planning <br />Director said, to err on the side of caution; and I understand there’s no reason to because CBESS <br />and Connections is already, you know, they already have the contested case. We’re offering it. <br />So if this body chooses to -. <br />MOSES: Are you requesting a motion? <br />AU: No, no.
