Pursuant to Rule 2 -7 of the County of Hawai' i Environmental Management Commission Rules of Practice and <br />Procedure, any person seeking to intervene as a party to a contested case hearing on Agenda Item No. 5 above is <br />required to file a written request which must be received in the office of the Department of Environmental <br />Management no later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the Environmental Management Commission's first <br />public meeting on the matter. Such written request shall be in conformity with Rule 2 -7, in a form as provided <br />by the Department of Environmental Management entitled "Petition for Standing in a Contested Case Hearing." <br />The written petition /request shall be filed with the Environmental Management Commission at 2100 <br />Kanoelehua Avenue, C -5, Hilo, Hawai' i 96720. Any party may retain counsel if that person so desires.
