Adoption of The Bikeway Plan <br />f � i <br />R ' <br />� a ' <br />7 <br />The draf t of The Bikeway Plan, as prepared by the County of Hawaii _ <br />Planning Department, and as recommended for approval by the Planning <br />Commission on December 14, 19 78, is hereby officially adopted as <br />The Bikeway Plan, County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii. <br />SECTION 3. Severability <br />If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof to <br />any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall <br />not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which <br />can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, <br />and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are declared to <br />be severable. <br />SECTION 4.
