He and two other <br />hey <br />are willing to sell to the County to possibly use for additional parking for the adjacent County park. <br /> <br />for 325,000.00 which was the price they purchased it for. His partner Allan Kroll previously put it on <br />the market for 7.9 million however; at this point they are willing to work with the County if they <br />decide to pursue this acquisition. <br /> <br /> recently.
