KUWAHARA, LLC (SLU 12- 0331REZ 12 -155) <br />Applications for a State Land Use Boundary Amendment from Agricultural to Urban and a <br />Change of Zone from Agricultural — 1 acre (A- I a) to Village Commercial - 10,000 square <br />feet (CV -10) for approximately 9.93 acres of land. Also included is the <br />deletion of the proposed 80 -foot wide right -of- -way connecting Komohana Street and <br />Kumukoa Street as shown on the City of Hilo Zone Map.
