If you want to talk about it, it will <br />have to be on the next meeting. <br /> <br />C. Bailey <br />: I don’t care if we talk about it or not, the paper called me and wanted to <br />know are they going to appeal it and I told them I had no information for them. <br /> <br />Chair Sylvester <br />: Lincoln [Ashida], can I ask you for any assistance with that. <br /> <br />L. Ashida <br />: I’ll let you know, what I can do is prepare an update, informational and <br />I’ll blind copy to everyone. If you want to ask a specific question just reply to me, do <br />not reply to all so we comply with the Sunshine Law.
