requiring annual filings of General Excise Tax Annual Reconciliation and IRS <br />Schedule F (Farm) to the County Director of Finance, and requiring certain <br />minimal amounts of gross revenue (e.g. $10,000) or farming related expense <br />(e.g. $20,000).
