Kaiholena, 2 lots have been purchased by the State legacy fund which makes a total <br />of 5 out of 6 lots that have been purchased. Joe Carvalho said there is a group <br />trying to raise funds to purchase lot F and that $103K is needed. Joe Carvalho said <br />that at Latitude 20, south of Paoo, there are efforts to purchase one lot and that the <br />next step is stewardship. <br /> <br />Parks and Water Improvement John Winter said that the subcommittee cancelled <br />c. <br />its last meeting and that he had nothing new to report. <br />Power, View Planes and Erosion Control Susan Fischer reported discussion <br />d. <br />continued on erosion control at Upolu Point and more detailed discussion about ways <br />to get visual information out to the community, mostly centering around some kind of <br />website. <br />Affordable Housing Collin Kaholo said that the subcommittee is trying to contact <br />e. <br />owners of a property for a Habitat for Humanity project. <br />Agriculture- Frank Cipriani reported that there were two new requests for Important <br />f. <br />Agricultural Lands (IAL) information and that he would like to get assistance in <br />streamlining the IAL designation process. Frank said that the strategic agricultural <br />lands project, the Biofarms proposal, was submitted to DLNR. Frank said is trying to <br />match up TMKs for the test wells he is researching. Franks said that the high school <br />aquaculture project is ongoing.
