I’m with Ali‘i Wireless Specialists, we’re consultants for Vista <br />Towers. My address is 45-955 Kamehameha Highway, Suite 308 in Kaneohe. <br /> <br />ISHIBASHI: Anything you want to say to the Commissioners? <br /> <br />FOX: I just want to say that this project has been a long term, it has actually taken longer than <br />we expected. It was very challenging trying to find a location that we thought fit best in the <br />community. My client was concerned about visual impacts, impacts on the environment, and so <br />forth. Most of the properties in the community were very small. As you can see they’re all <br />zoned Agriculture, so there wasn’t business or industrial property to locate the facility on. <br />Because this is one of the larger properties in the community we were able to work a little bit <br />with the landowner to locate the facility so that it would have the least visual impacts on the <br />overall community. <br /> <br />We have reviewed the background report as well as the recommendation report, and my client <br />doesn’t have any concerns or comments about the conditions. <br /> <br />ISHIBASHI: Thank you.
