Review a draft letter from the Action Committee regarding the proposed grant of public <br />access easements at the Kohala Kai Subdivision located at TMK(s) 5-9-017:001 to 008. <br />The NKCDP AC members will review a draft letter regarding the proposed grant of public <br />access easements at the Kohala Kai Subdivision and consider a motion that the letter <br />with their recommendations be forwarded to the County Council’s Finance Committee. <br /> <br />B. Proposals for inclusion in Capital Improvement Project (CIP) Budget. The NKCDP AC <br />members will review and prioritize CIP projects from the NKCDP for proposal to the <br />Planning Department. <br /> <br />C. Report on Mass Transit in North Kohala. <br />D.
