Fernandez Big Island Fair wraps up. <br /> <br />To provide for the safety of park users and fair attendees, traffic is being diverted to the <br />beach access road located at the north end of Kuakini Highway. The Department of <br />Parks and Recreation asks all motorists to abide by a temporary 5 mph speed limit <br />while driving along the park’s beach access road.
