Registration will end on Friday, October 4. <br />Registration forms are available online at the Department’s website: <br />www.hawaiicounty.gov/parks-and-recreation/. They also can be obtained from <br />noon to 3 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays at the following locations: <br /> <br /> <br /> Yano Hall in Captain Cook <br /> <br /> Kekuaokalani Gymnasium in Kailua-Kona <br /> <br /> Pu‘u Nui Park in Waikoloa <br /> <br /> Waimea Community Center <br /> <br /> Kamehameha Park in Kapaau <br /> <br /> Hilo Recreation office within Aunty Sally Kale‘ohano’s Lū‘au Hale <br /> <br />To ensure the athletes’ safety, enrollment will be limited to the first 30 <br />children who sign up in each of the four age-group categories or a <br />County of Hawai‘i is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
