He alleged that he was not <br />guilty and was not released until the next morning. Commissioner Schutte <br />moved to defer the complaint to the next meeting in order to obtain additional <br />information from the Police Chief. <br /> HPC 13-38: Complainant complained about what an officer said. Commissioner <br />Ono moved that there was insufficient evidence to prove the allegation of <br />misconduct. <br /> HPC 13-39: Complainant alleged racism.
