Communication No. 2013 -61 <br />The Puna Community Development Plan Action Committee would like to recognize your <br />outstanding work as Chair of the PCDP Subcommittee on Connectivity and Emergency <br />Response, and your contribution and leadership of the Subcommittee and the success of the Puna <br />Regional Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Fair. <br />The Action Committee relies on community volunteers to assist in the endeavors and <br />implementation of the Puna Community Development Plan. The PREP Fair far exceeded <br />anyone's expectations. It is clear that it was your vision and leadership that made it all possible. <br />The subcommittee's hard work was clearly evident in the response shown by public attendance <br />as well as representation by State Civil Defense, County government, local businesses and <br />organizations having booths at the event. <br />The Action Committee is grateful for your contributions to the Fair and for your ongoing <br />commitment to the people of Puna. Mahalo nui for all you do. <br />
