The <br />property is located on the northeast (makai) side of the Hawai‘i Belt Road, approximately <br />330 feet north of the 16 mile-marker at Kamaee, North Hilo, Hawai‘i, TMK: 3-1-001:052. <br /> <br /> <br />2.APPLICANT: SANDRA KANESHIRO (formerly DR. CURTIS LEE) (REZ 981) <br /> <br />Request for a 5-year extension of time to comply with Condition B (secure Final Plan <br />Approval) of Change of Zone Ordinance No. 02-49 that changed the district classification <br />from a Single Family Residential (RS-10) to General-Commercial (CG-20) zoning district <br />for approximately 20,640 square feet of land. The property is located on the northwest side <br />of Kamana Street, between Kino‘ole Street and Kīlauea Street, approximately 340 feet <br />nd <br />northeast from the Kamana Street-Kino‘ole Street intersection, Waiākea House Lots 2 <br />Series, South Hilo, Hawai‘i, TMK: 2-2-022:005. <br /> <br /> <br />
