Menezes, Secretary-Reporter <br /> STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC <br /> Members of the public, Gertrude Pauline, John Callahan, and <br /> Tim Reese spoke against pay raises, while Rick Damerville, Toby Taniguchi, <br /> and Don Mende spoke in favor of increases for the Mayor, Corporation <br /> Counsel, Fire Chief and Deputy Fire Chief, and Police Chief and Deputy Police <br /> Chief.
