Hiram wants a meeting as soon as possible to help resolve the situation. <br />170 <br /> <br />171 <br />A motion was made by Ken Melrose and seconded to have the chair meet with the <br />172 <br />planning director and the Mayor about street cross sections and street trees. The <br />173 <br />vote to approve was unanimous. <br />174 <br />175 <br />Hiram proposes that we have a meeting with department heads and the mayor in one <br />176 <br />room to work out this situation and the code issues and to move forward.
