The following are the conditions imposed by the Liquor Commission at its <br />meeting held on June 3, 2004: <br />1) Any amplification devices for speech and music shall be prohibited after <br />10:00 P.M. for outdoor activities at the north end, or the Keauhou Bay <br />end of the site where alcoholic beverages are served. <br />On August 5, 2010 the Liquor Commission imposed the following additional <br />conditions: <br />1) That the hotel shall continue to notify the Department of Liquor <br />Control about its special events. <br />2) The sound levels to be maintained by the Hotel on a consistent basis <br />shall not exceed 55 decibel rating at the property line of the hotel. <br />3) If a status report is required, it shall be at the discretion of the <br />Department. <br />The following are the proposed amendments requested by the Licensee: <br />1) Request permission for Kona Surf Partners LLC, dba Sheraton Kona <br />Resort & Spa at Keauhou Bay to have a Hawaiian band and <br />beverage stations following dinner service at Rays on the Bay. <br />Music to end at 12:30 A.M. Last call to be at 12:15 A.M. Event to be <br />serviced by both Rays on the Bay staff and banquet staff as part of <br />its New Year’s Eve celebration. <br />7. MNS, Ltd., dba ABC Store #62, dba ABC Store #63, dba ABC Store #71, <br />dba ABC Store #75; <br /> by letters dated October 16 and 23, 2013, received <br />October 18 and 30, 2013, informs the Liquor Commission of the election of <br />Miles Ohye as Vice President (Mainland Division)/Director of MNS, Ltd., <br />effective October 1, 2013. <br />8. Application No. 12-16, , <br />Mid Pac Petroleum, LLC, dba Honoka‘a 76by <br />letter dated November 5, 2013, pursuant to Rule 4-2-L of the Rules and <br />Regulations of the Liquor Commission of the Department of Liquor Control <br />of the County of Hawai‘i, State of Hawai‘i, requests permission to extend <br />the time of issuance of its original Retail Beer and Wine liquor license for an <br />additional six months, to July 3, 2014. <br />9. Cole Ryan, dba Cole Ryan, <br />ratification of Application for Alcohol Purchase <br />Permit; approved by Director Gerald Takase on November 19, 2013. <br />10. Hawaiian Food Services Group L.L.C., dba Kaimu Korner Store: <br />Pursuant to Rule 1-16 of the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor <br />Commission of the Department of Liquor Control of the County of Hawai’i, <br />State of Hawai’i, submits letter dated November 12, 2013, to temporarily <br /> <br />amend conditions placed on its liquor license. <br />The following condition was imposed by the Liquor Commission at its <br />meeting held on May 7, 2009: The licensed premises shall close for <br />business at 9:00 P.M. daily. <br />The following is the proposed amendment requested by the Licensee: <br />1) Requests permission for Hawaiian Food Services Group L.L.C., <br />dba Kaimu Korner Store to remain open until 11:00 P.M. on <br />December 31, 2013. <br />3 <br /> <br />
