Salary Commission Page 2 December 12, 2013 <br /> 7) Unfinished Business <br /> 8) Schedule Next Meeting Date <br /> 9) Adjournment <br /> The meeting places are accessible to individuals with disabilities. If you need <br /> an auxiliary aid or service, language interpretation, or other access <br /> accommodation, please contact the Department of Human Resources at <br /> 961-8361 as soon as possible or at least five days prior to the meeting date of <br /> December 12, 2013. <br /> Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes <br /> (hereinafter "HRS") §92-3.5, the Salary Commission will be conducting <br /> this meeting via videoconference. If audio stream between Kona and Hilo <br /> is lost for more than a short period of time, the meeting will be <br /> terminated. Commission Members will be present at the following <br /> locations: <br /> • Kona Council Office, West Hawaii Civic Center, <br /> 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway, Building A <br /> (Pursuant to HRS, Sections 92-3.5 and 92-7 Salary Commission <br /> Member George Handgis will be participating from the above location.) <br /> • County Council Room, Hawaii County Building, 25 Aupuni Street, <br /> First Floor, Room 1401 <br /> Public attendance via videoconference will be available at both of the <br /> above locations. <br /> If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawai`i County Clerk <br /> within five days of becoming a lobbyist [Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), <br /> Hawaii County Code]. A lobbyist means "any individual engaged for pay <br /> or other consideration who spends more than five hours in any month or <br /> $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence <br /> legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to <br /> communicate with public officials." [Article 15, Section 2-91.3 (a)(6), <br /> Hawaii County Code] Registration forms and expenditure report <br /> documents are available at the Office of the County Clerk-Council, <br /> 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. <br />
