ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> <br /> Mr. Balsis announced the next meeting: December 11, 2013, at the same location. <br /> <br /> Mr. Adams announced that regarding the petition from Mr. Weinert, he realized part-way through the hearing that Mr. Weinert’s company, Cavalo Growers, is a licensee of W. H. Shipman. Mr. Adams is a board member of W. H. Shipman, in a non-executive, non-management role. He had never met Mr. Weinert and has no connection to the work done by Cavalo Growers, but he felt he should make the disclosure. <br /> <br /> <br />8.
