Develop a specific protocol for communicating with the AC chair and members that <br />subcommittee chairs can use for official PCDP business. (30 min) <br />3. Communication No. 2014 -2: Mass Transit Master Plan CIP Request. The AC will <br />consider a request submitted by June for a CIP Budget item request to prepare an island -wide <br />mass transit master plan. <br />(10 min) <br />4. Springer Kaye, Big Island Invasive Species Council. Ms. Kaye will make a brief <br />presentation to the AC on the extent and impacts of the unchecked spread of invasive species, <br />particularly Albizia trees, in Puna and what is being done to eradicate and control their <br />continued spread. The AC will discuss possible options for supporting invasive species control <br />and eradication. <br />(15 min) <br />5. Puna Community Certified Kitchen. Rene will report on an effort to establish a certified <br />kitchen in Puna for community use. (10 min) <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS: <br />1. PCDP Action Priority List.
