Over 44 <br />Vendors from all over the Big Island shared <br />information on health and wellness from <br />getting your flu shot to vacationing in Las <br />Vegas. 534 seniors gathered information, <br />enjoyed the ukulele and line dancing entertainment <br />with the finale of a tasty 3 layered <br />appetizer of guacamole, mango-papaya salsa <br />and tofu salad from Helgi Olafson, former <br />executive chef of the Waikoloa Grill ‘n Bar, <br />a MasterChef judge and health activist for <br />Ankylosing Spondylitis. <br /> <br />Kupuna News 5 January-March 2014
