COTTLE: The Condition 10 says that the applicant needs to comply with all the conditions, or if they are unable to resolve public complaints the matter is referred back to you. So it’s an “or.” They have to comply with the conditions plus they also have to resolve any complaints. ONO: With the community at large? COTTLE: Right. ONO: Okay.
