Since that meeting we have hit a proverbial road <br />block and we are asking you for help and advice. Two key issues seem to be stuck in the mud: <br />1. Planning Consultant vs. In -house planning. You recommended that we complete the Pahoa <br />Plan utilizing County Planning Department to save money. We are not quite sure where we <br />stand on this issue right now. <br />2. Design Guidelines, Village Ordinance and Design Review Committee.
