Section 4 How to Obtain Information; Public Records The public may obtain information regarding matters within the jurisdiction of the Department of Parks and Recreation at the Departmentce. Copies of all rules of the Department may also be obtained at the office of the County Clerk. A. Inspection of Public Records A request to inspect records may be made in person or by submitting a request in writing to the Director. All public records shall be available for inspection by any person during established business hours at the D records is in violation of any other county, state or federal law. Where such records are open under any rule of court, the corporation counsel or prosecuting attorney may determine which records may be withheld from public inspection.
