2.Provides coverage for “all operations of the insured conducted on <br />County property” and contains a description of the work performed by <br />the insured. (This may require policies covering premises occupied, <br />products sold, amusement liability, or automobiles used.) <br />3. Said policy shall contain a cancellation clause reading in substance <br />as the following approved form: “It is agreed that this policy shall <br />not be cancelled nor the amounts of coverage provided herein <br />reduced until thirty (30) days after the Department of Parks and <br />Recreation shall have received written notice of such cancellation <br />or reduction.” <br />4.No policy shall be acceptable unless first approved by the <br />Director or theDirector’sduly designated representative. <br />C.All policies, certificates, and endorsements shall be sent to: the <br />Department of Parks and Recreation, County of Hawai‘i, 101 Pauahi <br />Street, Suite 6, Hilo, Hawai‘i, 96720 Attention: Director. <br />-12- <br /> <br />
