Section 4Fees A.Summer Fun Program 1. Pre-registration fifteen dollar ($15)program participation feefor programslasting four (4) to six (6) hours per day; twenty dollars ($20)for programs lasting seven (7) hours per day; and twenty-five dollars ($25)for programs lasting eight (8) hours or more per day. 2. Late registration fee –twenty dollars ($20)(as stated on registration form) B.Enrichment Programs –twenty-five dollars ($25)program participation fee;fivedollar ($5)participation fee for Intersession Program. C.Recreation Program Activity Fee.The Director or the Director’s duly designatedrepresentative may authorize collection of recreation program activity fee which cover specific costs incurred by participants of a recreation activity or class.Activity fees may cover costs for excursions (bus charter and admission fees); arts and crafts/sports supplies; rental of equipment/machines; instructors; special program staff; special supplies/ingredients; meals, T-shirts and caps; awards, ribbons or trophies (except cash prizes); and other consumable items. D. Waivers.Fees may be waived for children from a low income household or family. 1.Summer Fun Program.The fifteen dollar ($15)program fee for programslasting four (4) to six (6) hours per day; twenty dollars ($20)for programs lasting seven (7) hours per day; and twenty-five dollars ($25)for programs lasting eight (8) hours or more per day, may be waived if, at the time of pre-registration, the parent/guardian submits a letter/card from the State Department of Human Services verifying exemptions. 2.Enrichment Program.The twenty-five dollar ($25)program participation fee may be waived if verification is received from the State Department of Human Services. 5
