Since that meeting we have hit a proverbial road <br />block and we are asking you for help and advice. Two key issues seem to be stuck in the mud: <br />1. Planning Consultant vs. In -house planning. You recommended that we complete the Pahoa <br />Plan utilizing County Planning Department to save money. We request that a decision be made <br />determining which alternative is to be chosen, in -house or an outside consultant. Then, as <br />promptly as possible the chosen alternative needs to be implemented so that the Pahoa plan can <br />proceed. <br />2. Design Guidelines, Village Ordinance and Design Review Committee.
