9. AC members asked for specifics as to where the improvements would be for the Kuauli /Hwy. <br />11 access improvements (Ordinance No. 13 -66). However, Nadia was unable to share that <br />information at this time. <br />10. AC members also had several questions re: Bill 96, with regards to Farmer's Markets, Nadia <br />informed the AC that the language of the Bill was still being revised. <br />11. AC Training: It was decided by AC members, through discussion, to schedule two informal <br />training sessions. Both of these training sessions will take place during the workday at the <br />County Department of Planning. The first session will be on general operating procedures and <br />the history of the PCDP, it will take place in April. The second session will be on budgeting <br />and the CIP process, it will take place in May. These sessions will be for AC Member training <br />only and not open to the public. The AC will not engage in discussion of any matters that may <br />come before them in a future public meeting. <br />12. November 11, 2014 AC Meeting: Larry pointed out that the regularly scheduled November <br />11 meeting is on Veteran's Day (a State and County holiday) and that the AC could either vote <br />to hold their November meeting on a different day or forego meeting in Nove r. <br />AM <br />vithout objection, adjourned the meeting at 6:04 p.m. <br />0 <br />rd <br />
