This is <br />· <br />126 <br />regarding amendment of Chapter 23 regarding easements to protect archaeological sites can be <br />127 <br />protected. Charles noted that this is not being accomplished by the County and sites are being <br />128 <br />destroyed. Concerned those handouts were not issued to him before the meeting even though he <br />129 <br />requested them. He will check with Sunshine Law to see if this was a violation. He also noted <br />130 <br />that there are no details as to the conflicts between the PUD, KCDP, Chapter 23 and the General <br />131 <br />Plan. What are the conflicts. Where is the public input from the past comments and are you <br />132 <br />trying to move forward without consideration of past involvements. What is the County’s <br />133 <br />conflict of interest with regards to agenda items. <br />134 <br /> <br />135 <br />Janice Palma-Glennie, noted that a 3 minute rule does not seem to allow adequate time for <br />· <br />136 <br />discussion of topics. Do not change open space network for its priority. County information <br />137 <br />presented today should not be split up among two groups.
