Since that meeting ave hit <br />g we a proverbial road <br />block and we are asking you for help and advice. Two key ssues seem to be stuck ' • <br />Y �n the mud. <br />1. Planning Consultant vs. In -house planning. You recommended that we complete the Pahoa <br />Plan utilizing County Planning Department to save money. we request that ' Y � t a decision be made <br />determining which alternative is to be chosen, in -house or an outside consultant. <br />Then, as <br />promptly as possible the chosen alternative needs to be implemented so that the Pdh <br />p oa plan can <br />proceed. <br />2.
