<br /> <br />3.Status of Contested Case proceedings for Connections New Century Public Charter <br />School/CBESS Special Permit Application No. 12-000138 (SPP-12-138) – Mr. Arai <br />announced that the Connections contested case proceedings before hearings officer, <br />Sandra Song, has concluded. Ms. Song’s proposed Findings of Fact, Conclusions of <br />Law, and Decision and Order are due to the parties on March 7, 2014. Exceptions to the <br />report are due by the parties on March 21, 2014; Statements of Support on March 28, <br />2014. The matter is expected to return to the Commission at its April 3, 2014, meeting. <br /> <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS – <br />Mr. Arai noted at 12:06 p.m. that the next Windward Planning <br />Commission meeting is on March 6, 2014, and there are currently 5 items on the agenda. <br /> <br />Mr. Ishibashi thanked the staff and Commissioners for a job well done. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />– There being no further business, Chairman Wallace A.
