Upolu Airport Area Restoration <br />NSTR <br />Coast Guard Road <br />NSTR <br />Puakea Bay Ranch <br />NSTR <br />Ranch at Puakea <br />NSTR <br />Latitude 20 (Land south of Pao'o) <br />NSTR <br />Kaiholena and Paoo <br />NSTR <br />Kohala Kai <br />. <br />The grant of easement (GOE) document has been postponed from the County Council finance committee. <br />The GOE document will be taken up at their next meeting on November 19, 2013 <br />Any one may sign up to testify at the new videoconferencing at the old Bank of Hawaii building.. <br />· <br />The landowner said in a letter to Planning that he doesnt want to change anything in their GOE document. <br />Members of the community want to keep the Ala Loa for historic significance. <br />Community members cited the North Kohala Community Development Plan as stating that public access <br />· <br />trails be along the Ala Loa or traditional fishing trails where possible. <br />The landowner was given the opportunity to amend the GOE document. <br />· <br />They state that the Ala Loa doesnt exist on paper and they have the document from the state giving it <br />¨ <br />up years ago. <br />Charlie will get us the documents. <br />Several community members commented that the Ala Loa still exists on the ground <br />· <br />A few miles north the Ala Loa, the existing jeep road, is listed as a historical trail on another <br />¨ <br />landowners access plan. <br />The GOE is a condition of subdivision approval, which is pending for 11 lots. <br />Grant of easement documents <br />NSTR <br />Old government roads and rail roads <br />NSTR <br />New Items <br />Larry Brown sent another Public Access Plan, this for Pono von Holts land in Kiipkalani ahupuaa.
