Katie Nova asked how many spots we need to fill and that maybe we should <br />consider someone from Puna or other districts. <br />Diane Noda responded that there’s no geographical restrictions; the by-laws say we <br />need at least 9 members. We will have three spots to fill at the end of the year. <br />Katie Nova suggested we keep people in mind to fill the spots. Suggested we have <br />someone from North Kohala, Kona and Puna. <br />Darcy Makanui-Souza expressed interest. <br /> <br /> <br />ANNOUNCEMENT <br />A.
