Monty Muranda T.M.K 3-6-5-003-007 <br />The above-mentioned property was the subject of a field survey on <br />October 26, 2009, for the purpose of completing a FEMA Elevation <br />Certificate and we find the following. <br />The property is located to the North and to the West of Waikoloa <br />Stream. Elevation measurements were taken and we find that the <br />Highest Adjacent Grade (HAG) of subject property is situated <br />above the stream bed some eight (e) to nine (9) feet and similarly <br />the banks of the stream as it passes the subject property are <br />eight (8) to nine (9) feet in height. The height of the opposite <br />stream bank (the Southerly bank) was found to be consistently <br />and significantly lower with a bank height of six (6) to seven <br />(7) feet. Additionally the property adjacent to the previously <br />mentioned Southerly bank consists of a paved parking lot with s <br />torm water drainage structures (drywells) one of which is <br />immediately adjacent to the top of bank. Local testimony and <br />evidence in the field indicates that any high water inundation <br />would occur away from the subject property and into the paved <br />parking lot or downstream. <br />
