Senior Training & Employment Program <br />Clyde Yoshida, Program Director, (808) 961-8750 <br /> <br />Buddy Kamehaiku, applied to the STEP in September 2012 and was placed at the St. Joseph Kitchen as a kitchen helper aide. After a <br />year on the program Buddy decided to leave STEP and enroll in the Hawai‘i Community College Culinary Arts Program. Buddy is <br />being trained in rolling sushi which is then packaged and sold in the cafeteria.
