Bartell – District 8 <br />District 9 – Vacant <br /> <br />Quorum established with seven in attendance. <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT <br />: Barbara Kossow, Administrative Specialist <br /> <br />EXCUSED: <br /> Bobby Command, Deputy Planning Director <br /> Lincoln Ashida, Corporation Counsel <br /> <br />GUESTS: <br />Chair Sylvester welcomedLisa Hadway, Division of Forestry & <br />Wildlife Administrator (DOFAW) and staff. <br /> <br />The meeting was held in the County Council Chambers. A total of 63 people <br />attended the meeting in Hilo with one in Kona. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF November 25, 2013 <br />Action: T. Lodge moved to accept the minutes as circulated; second by W. <br />Camara, and carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />Chair Sylvester noted that the minutes of September 23, 2013 will continue to be <br />deferred due to incompleteness. <br /> <br />V.
