The PCDP Mass Transit Subcommittee looksl leek-forward <br /> to working with you in assisting the MTA with recommendations that we might develop, based both <br /> on the PCDP and community participation. <br /> In keeping with the goals of Mass Transit in the PCDP 4.2.1: <br /> a. Mass transportation options are increased for all Puna residents. <br /> b. Transit service and improvements reinforce and complement the development of <br /> village/town centers. <br /> C. A greater percentage of commuters use mass transit. <br /> And the Actions to be taken under 4.2.3, including but not limited to: <br /> a. Prepare a County-wide Transit Master Plan to provide an overall framework for transit <br /> improvements while incorporating user input from each district. <br /> b.4) Establishing a hub-and-spoke transit system, in which transit circulators are teamed with <br /> trunk routes on major highways <br /> k.
