However, in the event that did not happen, we <br /> are requesting that you immediately submit this CEP budget request as an amendment to the FY 2014- <br /> 15 CEP Budget. <br /> We believe that a Hawai`i Island Mass Transit Master Plan is integral to guiding the development of <br /> . P <br /> the best possible public transit system for the people of Hawai`i County as well as providing an <br /> . P g <br /> appropriate vehicle to address the other mass transit related actions of the PCDP.
