Just for clarification, it appears that on Condition No. 7, the <br />change to 11 p.m. appears to be amenable to both parties, and the Planning Director would be <br />supportive of that change as well. The reason why the, again, the Recommendation didn’t reflect <br />that, is that we just received this information. <br /> <br />MIYASATO: Okay— <br /> <br />DARROW: Thank you. <br /> <br />MIYASATO: Yeah, ok, take 7 out. Put Condition 7 after Condition No. 5 for approval. <br /> <br />GONZALES: Very good.
