I mean, ninety days <br />beyond the plan time is hard for me to accept in terms of— <br /> <br />STROUD: It’s hard for me to accept to, but in fact, we’ve been in contact with the utilities for <br />the better part of two years, and we have been working with them on an on-going basis, so it’s <br />just-- it’s a process, and I understand that their timing is what their timing is, but in fact it’s not <br />for a lack of communication. It’s just that there’s a process that goes on, and that takes time on <br />their part, so—and we have no control over that. <br /> <br />ONO: No, I understand that, but it seems as though— <br /> <br />STROUD: --We’re on the same page. <br /> <br />GONZALES: Any other questions?
