Reason for executive session, to consult with our Corporation <br />Counsel on, pursuant to Hawai‘i Revised Section 92-5(a)(4) to consult with Deputy Corporation <br />Counsel of issues pertaining to the Commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and <br />liabilities. All in favor. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONERS: Aye. <br /> <br />GONZALES: Any objections? Okay, thank you. Now we’re going to have to clear the room <br />and take out any recording devices with you. Thank you. <br /> <br />At 12:20 p.m., it was moved by Commissioner Ono and seconded by Commissioner Ishibashi <br />that the Commission go into executive session to consult with its attorney regarding questions <br />and issues pertaining to the Commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities, <br />pursuant to Hawai‘i Revised Statutes Section 92-5. A voice vote was taken of all Commissioners <br />present, and motion carried with five aye votes. <br /> <br />At 12:23 p.m. the Commission went into executive session. At 1:13 p.m., it was moved by <br />Commissioner Ishibashi and seconded by Commissioner Moses that the Commission go out of <br />executive session. A voice vote was taken of all Commissioners present, and motion carried with <br />five aye votes. <br /> <br />The meeting was reconvened for regular session at 1:16 p.m. <br /> <br />GONZALES: Okay, the Windward Planning Commission is out of executive session, and we’re <br />going to continue with our meeting. Right now, I’m going to ask my fellow Commissioners.
