I work directly for General <br />Dynamics— <br /> <br />MASUNAGA: Can you— <br /> <br />MARTIN: Can you hear me now? That’s a funny joke, right? I work as a consultant, outside <br />consultant with General Dynamics who is a turn-key contractor for Verizon Wireless. Turn-key <br />means they give us the project from the beginning when they have the need, and then we take it <br />all the way from leasing, permitting, constructing, and we hand it over to them ready to operate. <br /> <br />NISHIMOTO: Okay, and can you tell us about your background and experience in this <br />industry? <br /> <br />MARTIN: I’ve worked in as a site acquisition consultant since 1995. I first started with <br />Western Wireless which was turned into T-Mobile, and I did that for a few years and then in <br />2000, I started working exclusively for Verizon Wireless or General Dynamics and Verizon <br />Wireless. The only project that I’ve done besides Verizon Wireless is I did a project for the <br />County of Hawai‘i Police microwave back call.
