Ongoing <br /> negotiations with landowners commenced in <br /> March 2014. <br /> • Process for selection of a primary consultant <br /> for the Pahoa Regional Town Center Master <br /> Plan commenced in April 2014. <br /> Volcano Long Range Plan: <br /> o Volcano Long Range Planning Subcommittee <br /> is working to develop a village master plan <br /> with design guidelines and a forest canopy <br /> overlay district for the greater Volcano area. <br /> 0 30 action items identified with priority are <br /> under review. <br /> o Action statements are being drafted by <br /> various members of the community. <br /> 8 <br />
