Communication No. 2014-51 Proposed amendment to the PCDP AC Operating Guidelines submitted by Patti Pinto: Part VIII. Subcommittees a. Action Committee members may organize subcommittees at their discretion and in accordance with the Sunshine Law. At least two (2) one (1) Action Committee members should serve on each subcommittee. The faeil tate-r^ eaeh subeem nittee shall be PCDP n C member-; however-, Membership of the subcommittees is not restricted to PCDPAC members and the subcommittee may be chaired by a non-Action Committee member. Should the only Action Committee member serving on a subcommittee resign from the subcommittee, the Vice Chair of the Action Committee will replace that member until another Action Committee member can be recruited. If the Vice Chair is not a possible replacement, then the Chair will replace that member until another Action Committee member is recruited.
